Your shipping package
Orders are usually delivered immediately after receipt of payment by Swiss Post or DPD without order tracking (except orders starting from 11 pieces) and delivery without signature. If you prefer to receive a shipment by registered mail, additional costs will be incurred. Please contact us before choosing this method of delivery.

We advise you to combine at least two reKEYco in one order to benefit from the free shipping in europe. We can not combine two different orders, and shipping costs are calculated separately for each order. Your parcel will be shipped at your risk, but the goods will be well protected.

Delivery times
As a rule, you will receive your delivery within 1-5 working days.

Customs costs & VAT
For shipping outside of Switzerland additional customs, customs and value added tax costs may arise, which you will be charged by the respective companies / authorities.

Information for dealers outside Switzerland:
reKEYco's, which are printed with your logo, could be shipped directly from the manufacturer to you. Invoicing is done by reKEYco.

There may be customs, customs and value-added tax costs, which are charged to you by the respective companies / authorities and must also be paid.
